Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail®. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. While we make every attempt to make sure that your order will arrive on time, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by an incorrect address submission or delays that are not directly caused by us.
Returns
Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our items, we can not accept any returns.
PayPal Refund Terms
If you paid for your purchase via PayPal and you didn’t receive your item or you received something that doesn’t match the product’s description, you may be able to open a dispute in PayPal’s Resolution Center.
